The Raylor Centre has been at the heart of the business community in York for more than 35 years.  Originally the site of H.B. Raylor & Co. The Raylor Centre offers a wide choice of office accommodation and industrial units to suit anything from a one person operation to large offices which easily accommodate eight to ten people and industrial units ranging from 600 to 20,000 square foot.  It is within walking distance of York city centre, convenient for major road routes, has great public transport links.

With over 2,000 people working for a wide range of companies in the 100 offices and industrial units on the eight-acre site, The Raylor Centre is a hive of activity and there are a wide range of benefits that attract businesses into the complex.

Long and short term agreements are available, there's 24 hour access to the site with CCTV and secure door entry systems into offices, there are 2 meeting rooms for hire and a staffed reception that provides a 'meet and greet' service for all visitors.

The support team is on hand Monday to Friday and offers additional support services including handling post, accepting deliveries and managing a range of admin functions if required.

Angela adds: "The staff at The Raylor Centre focus on making things easy for you.  Between us we have a wealth of experience in support services for a wide range of businesses.  Since I joined the Centre in 2002, it had been my prime objective to see that it develops to meet the needs of the ever changing business community here in York."
