This year sees four businesses celebrating a total of 105 years of tenant loyalty.

The quartet of businesses are: Steve Parkinson Garage, who specialise in repairs to Ford cars;  Spectrum Auto Services, who offer a range of motor services including body work; Lanes Pellets Ltd, manufacturers of rifle pellets and Iain Scott Fabrications, who provide a manufacturing and installation service to the process industry.

Stadium Storage, who occupy our largest industrial unit, have this year signed a new 20 year lease having completed 15 years of their original agreement.
