Facilities

The Raylor Centre is fully equipped with facilities that are accessible to tenants in serviced offices and industrial spaces.

CCTV

Available - 24/7/365

Secure CCTV system that is operationally at all times to protect the premises and everyone at the Centre. 

Secure Access

Available - 24/7/365

Access to the main building is protected with a secure door entry system. Outside of standard business hours authorised tenants gain access via the secure system. Every serviced office and industrial unit come with their own secure door entry. Authorised access is available at any time and remains operational for all tenants.

Secure Parking

Onsite parking for you, your staff, your customers, and your visitors is available at the front and at the rear of the building. Dedicated disabled parking bays are available for ease of access. Car Park is secured with CCTV at all times.

Bike Racks

Bike Racks are available in the car park along with CCTV being operational.

 

Managed Recption

Main entrance provides a welcoming and seated reception area for your visitors. Day to day management in place with a friendly reception team who can provide initial ‘meet and announce’ for your visitors.  Reception is managed from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Postal Services

Mail notifications, handling, sorting and storage of post and parcels all managed centrally by the reception team. Tenants are provided with allocated post trays and the team is available to support any specific postal requirements.

Meeting Rooms with Guest Wi-Fi

Exclusively for the use of tenants and their visitors, with a choice of comfortable meeting rooms equipped with screens and guest WI-FI. Rooms can easily accommodate 8-12 people.

Kitchens

Kitchens equipped with microwaves. 

Facilities and Maintenance Services

Provide ongoing maintenance, cleaning, repair, and support services to keep facilities to the highest standard. Managed centrally by the Facilities Manager who is also available to support tenant specific requirements.

Disabled Access

The main building is highly accessible with its automatic doors, wide corridors, disabled toilet facilities and a fitted secure stairlift to enable access to the first floor.

Baby Changing

Within the disabled toilet facilities there is a secure and foldable changing board along with bins for nappy disposal.

Communal Lounge

Relaxed lounge with vending machine services available for use when seeking some quiet time away from the office.

Garden area with benches

Outdoor space is available for a spot of lunch, informal meetings and for some time away outside.

24hr Emergency Telephone

Dedicated number is provided to all tenants in case of an emergency. This number can be called for emergency assistance and support.

Recycling

Recycling bins are provided on every floor in multiple locations for serviced office tenants. 

Fire Alarm

Fully complaint with health and safety regulations to ensure the safety of everyone who visits and works within The Raylor Centre. This includes routine fire alarm testing and drills for evacuation with dedicated Fire Marshalls in place.
