No one starting up in business wants to tie themselves to a 15-year lease. Nor does a big company which wants to test a toe in the York water and be able to remove it if it’s too hot. Or an international organisation which experimentally wants a small base. We provided the answer.
Since its establishment The Raylor Centre continues to provide flexible short and long-term agreements, this was instilled by Tony and John Raylor. This flexibility has enabled The Raylor Centre to be the hub for veteran businesses from long established businesses within the biotech industry to car and garage service providers. Over recent years the business centre is the home to many start-up businesses.
The Raylor Centre is fully supported with a dedicated team comprised of knowledgeable experts who continue to develop services to meet the ever-changing needs of the business community within York. A team with exceptional customer service skills who go the extra mile to support its loyal base of tenants.
